Gautam Nath Sabharwal is an advocate with several years of experience in practicing corporate law, with a particular emphasis on mergers & acquisitions and legal compliance. He has nearly three decades of experience in engaging on matters of legal compliance with different bodies of the Government of India. Over the years, he has been variously associated with several institutions including (but not limited to) the Tata Group; Khatau Group; Victorinox SA, Switzerland; the Australian Wheat Board; Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Ltd. In addition to his role at IPCS, he is a trustee of the Pran Sabharwal Foundation.
