Ruhee Neog

Ruhee Neog is a security and foreign policy analyst. At IPCS, she works on nuclear policy and politics, inter-state relations, and strategic stability dynamics in South Asia. In addition to her directorial responsibilities, she coordinates the Nuclear Security Programme (NSP).Ruhee has been a Visiting Fellow at Stimson Center, Washington, DC, and an IPCS-NTI Fellow, for which she worked on nuclear security culture and governance in India. Prior to IPCS, Ruhee worked in the United Kingdom as a political and parliamentary monitor at the Houses of Lords and Commons, with the Labour Party, and with Bell Pottinger, a public affairs consultancy. She holds an MA in History of International Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and a BA in Literature in English from St. Stephen's College, University of Delhi.
