Ravi Bhoothalingam: is Founder and Chairman of Manas Advisory, a consultancy practice focusing on leadership coaching as well as on business and cultural relations with China, Myanmar and Mongolia. Previously he has served in important positions while working with Oberoi Group of HotelsItc Limited, VST Industries and BAT Plc (London). He is a fellow of the Royal Geographical Society, London and on the Governing Council of the Institute of Chinese Studies, India. He is in the editorial boards of World Affairs and China Report.
