As part of the its 20th Anniversary Plenum Series, IPCS organised a discussion with Moudud Ahmed, the former Vice-President and Prime Minister of Bangladesh, on 26 July 2016 at The Claridges Hotel in New Delhi. He spoke on "Security in Bangladesh in the South Asian Context", as part of the broader theme of "Contours of Radicalism in South Asia".
