On 15 May, IPCS hosted Dr Avijit Banerjee, Associate Professor and Head, Department of Chinese Language and Culture (Cheena Bhavana), Visva-Bharati University, Birbhum, for a talk on 'India and the Belt and Road Initiative: A Perspective from West Bengal'.

The interaction was moderated by Palden Sonam, Researcher, China Research Programme, IPCS, and took place from 1600-1700 hrs in the IPCS Conference Room.
