On 13 November, IPCS hosted Eva Svodoba, Deputy Director, International Law and Policy, International Committee of the Red Cross, Geneva, and Professor Subhashis Banerjee, IIT Delhi, for a discussion at the intersection of technology, law, ethics, and policy, titled, 'Autonomous Weapons and the Ethics of Human Responsibility'. The interaction was moderated by Ruhee Neog, Director, IPCS, and took place from 1530-1700 hrs in the IPCS Conference Room.
