On 27 September, IPCS hosted Dr Richard Ghiasy, Senior Fellow, Leiden Asia Centre, and Associate Researcher, Stockholm International Peace Research Institute, for an interaction on China's Belt and Road project. The interaction was moderated by Ambassador (Retd) TCA Rangachari, Member, IPCS Governing Council, and took place from 1000-1100 hrs in the IPCS Conference Room.
