On 28 August 2019, The Chao Track, in collaboration with the Institute of Peace and Conflict Studies (IPCS), organised a Policy Roundtable (PRT) discussion on 'India Pakistan Dynamics Post Indian General Elections'.

The PRT was moderated by Prof Happymon Jacob, and the lead panellists were Amb Vivek Katju, Ms Suhasini Haidar, and Mr Alok Joshi.

The interaction took place from 1100-1300 hrs in the IPCS Conference Room, and the panellists discussed the new Indian government’s policy towards Pakistan, the shadow of the February 2019 crisis on bilateral relations, Pakistan’s response, and the geopolitical impacts of India-Pakistan relations on South Asia as a region.
