Interaction with Sichuan University's Institute of South Asian Studies

On 27 August 2019, IPCS hosted a visiting delegation from Sichuan University's Institute of South Asian Studies
for a discussion on cooperation, competition and the India-China bilateral relationship. The interaction was moderated by Amb (Retd) TCA Rangachari, Member, IPCS Governing Council, and featured the following speakers:
