11th Annual GIBSA Quadrilogue

Ruhee Neog, Rajeshwari Krishnamurthy, Prerana Priyadarshi, and Angshuman Choudhury represented IPCS at the 11th Annual GIBSA Quadrilogue hosted by the Institute for Security Studies (ISS) in Cape Town, South Africa, from 17-18 October 2017. The theme for this year's edition of the annual conference was 'Seismic shifts in global security: a new world order?'

GIBSA is an annual conference between four major think-tanks - the German Institute for International and Security Affairs (SWP), Institute of Peace and Conflict Studies (IPCS), Centro Brasileiro de Relações Internacionais (CEBRI), and Institute for Security Studies (ISS) - from Germany, India, Brazil, and South Africa, respectively, and is made possible through the support of the Hanns Seidel Foundation (HSF). The forum is designed and intended to facilitate exchanges of ideas between these countries on regional and international issues.
